For all Australian deliveries, we will dispatch the purchased items within 24-48 hours. You should receive your parcel within 2-10 business days (Based on where you are located and the shipping method chosen). Once your order leaves our Melbourne Warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We deliver with Australia Post, and all our products get posted with a customer tracking number.

Order confirmation emails are automatic.

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, your order could be sitting as a “draft” due to delivery or payment issues, or you have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.

Email confirmation could be sitting on your Spam folder as well. Please make sure to check.

 If there is any issue with your product within 14 days from arrival date, please let us know by contacting us via email on sales@cmasproducts.com (Term & Conditions apply). For more details please refer back to our "Refund Policy".

Once your parcel arrives at our Melbourne Wearhouse, your refund will be processed back to the same account you've used to make your purchase in 3-5 business days. (Please note : Certain banks time may vary)

If there's an issue with your order - if it's the in-correct or damaged product, then simply notify us on sales@cmasproducts.com and we will be in contact with you to resolve the issue in a very timely manner.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you ordered, then simply notify us and we will notify you what would be the next step based on the situation. 

Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address can only be made if the order has not been processed. Once an order has been processed, unfortunately no further changes can be made.

Apply a thin, even layer of leather balm or leather wax to the leather product with a soft and clean sponge. Wipe off any excess balm or wax with a soft, dry, leather cloth.
